DSW Interns- Session 1

2012 Summer Interns, Session 1

May 20 -June 10

This summer was the first time DeSales Service Works offered a Summer Internship for young adults. The first group served at various ministry sites, met many current Camden greats, and experienced living in a low income inner city neighborhood. The stories of their time in Camden are on the following pages, click on the tabs at the top of the page.

The DSW Summer Intern projects of this first summer session are:

  • Mike- Beautification projects in the neighborhood, working with a local re-hab non-profit, and abandoned lot stabilization
